Life update that isn’t really an update because I’m always telling you how busy and intense things are, and nothing has changed! Instead of finding a solution, I have been traveling all over and booked our longest photoshoot yet. I’m EXHAUSTED but its okay because all of that energy went into what might be our best launch yet. 🌴🍋🦩

If you haven’t shopped Popflex Swim 2026 yet… you’re in for a treat! I’ll post a lil sneak below.

And in the middle of it all, I realized it’s time for a new calendar! Goodbye April I guess?!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the May Workout Calendar. Let’s GO!

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.
